New 8 week Next level hockey off Ice training programs

February 1st - March 26th

Check out our new 8 week programs of our Next Level Strength Training classes with Coach Pj Musico. The first 8 week sessions will begin the week  of February 1st and conclude on the week of March 22nd. The classes moving to the 8 week format are Introduction to Strength and Conditioning, Advanced Strength and Conditioning, and our new class Lil' Cyclones! 

This new format will allow your child to build a solid foundation and see their strength gains and progress in each 8 week block. 

Lil' Cyclones (NEW CLASS!)

This is a 30 minute training session that is for any athlete 8 years old or younger. We will be focusing on physical literacy and exploring movement through games and challenges.
