Entry Fee: $1500.00
 
Entry Deadline
Entries will be accepted until October 1st.
 
Awards:
1st Place Team Banner, Individual Awards and a Birth in the International
 Silver Stick Finals Tournament.
 
*All teams registering for the Silver Stick tournament are required to stay at Las Vegas Ice Center Host Hotels. Reservations must be made by Oct. 21, 2012.
 
*No application will be considered without entry fee.
