	Mite	Peewee AA
	Squirt B	Bantam A
	Squirt A	Bantam AA
	Peewee B	Midget U16 AA
	Peewee A	Midget U18 AA

Games begin early Friday.
Championship game done by Monday Afternoon.
4 Games Guaranteed

Mite & Squirt games have 12 minute stops.
Peewee, Bantam & Midget games have 15 minute stops.

Entry Fee:

Mite & Squirt - $1400.00

Peewee, Bantam & Midget - $1500.00

Entry Deadline
Entries will be accepted until December 31.

Awards:
1st Place Team Banner, Individual Awards

*All teams registering for the Presidents' Day Tournament are required to stay at Las Vegas Ice Center Host Hotels. Reservations must be made by January 13, 2013.

*No application will be considered without entry fee.
