	Squirt B	Bantam A
	Squirt A	Bantam AA
	PeeWee B	Midget U16 AA
	PeeWee A	Midget U18 AA

Games begin Friday
Championship games done by Monday afternoon.
4 Games Guaranteed

Mite & Squirt games have 12 minute stops.

Peewee, Bantam & Midget games have 15 minute stops.

Entry Fee:

Mite & Squirt - $1400.00

Peewee, Bantam & Midget - $1500.00

Entry Deadline:
Entries will be accepted until December 10th.

Awards:
1st Place Team Banner, Individual Awards

*All teams registering for the Mark Whyte Memorial tournament are required to stay at Las Vegas Ice Center Host Hotels. Reservations must be made by December 17, 2012.

*No application will be considered without entry fee.
